Terms and conditions

InGuruvayur.in lists hotels and lodges in Guruvayur and takes payment for bookings on their behalf. The hotel provides your room and is responsible for the stay itself: the room, its facilities, housekeeping and its house rules. We pay the hotel its share after your stay.

• You can book up to 8 rooms at one hotel in one booking. For more rooms, please contact the hotel.
• Your rooms are held for a few minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in time, the hold ends and nothing is charged.
• A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a booking reference.
• The person who books is responsible for the whole booking, including every guest in it, and must give a working mobile number.
• Prices are per room per night, in Indian rupees, and are shown before you pay.

• Cancel at least 48 hours before the hotel's check-in time on your arrival date (India time) and you get a full refund.
• Cancellations after that, or not arriving, are not refunded.
• To cancel, message or call the hotel with your booking reference. We process the refund to the way you paid. In a group booking, single rooms can be cancelled and refunded separately.
• If a hotel cannot provide a room you have paid for, we refund that room in full, whatever the date.

• Show your booking reference and a valid photo ID (for example Aadhaar, passport or driving licence) at check-in.
• Check-in and check-out times are set by each hotel and shown on its page and your booking.
• Follow the hotel's house rules. The hotel may refuse or end a stay for serious misconduct, without refund.
• Extra services at the hotel (food, extra beds, early check-in) are arranged and paid for with the hotel directly.

Room details, photos, facilities and temple details are provided by each hotel. We ask hotels to keep them accurate, and the “Verified” badge means only what is explained on our About page. Walking times are estimates.

We are responsible for taking your payment correctly and for refunds under these terms. We are not responsible for the hotel's services, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
